I love working with children, teens, adults, couples and families!

I provide an affirming and compassionate environment where you or your child can begin a journey of discovery, healing and personal growth. I create supportive space where clients can navigate and explore the areas in their lives where they seek change. My work extends beyond individual therapy sessions; I also offer support to couples and families, helping them foster healthier communication patterns and stronger connections.

I celebrate each person’s individual strengths and I use my experience working with diverse populations to create an individualized plan and path with each person. By creating a nurturing and inclusive therapeutic environment, I will support and encourage your growth, healing, and transformation. I am passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community!

I specialize in supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, self-esteem, marginalization, communication and identity concerns. Whether it’s guiding clients through challenging transitions, helping them process and heal from past traumas, or assisting them in building a stronger sense of self-worth, I am committed to providing personalized care tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I believe in the inherent strength and potential within each person, and I am honored to walk alongside you as you embark on your journey towards greater fulfillment and well-being.

Through a person centered and strengths-based approach, I help clients zone in on their inner resources to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. I utilize EMDR, TFCBT, Mind-Body Psychotherapy, art and play therapy interventions, depending on your goals and needs.

I am passionate about therapy and the life changing potential of a therapeutic relationship. Outside of therapy, I am gardening, walking (when possible hiking), creating pottery or painting. I am an animal advocate and volunteer. I’m also a PBS nerd and like documentaries, theatre and and all kinds of music.
