You often don’t feel good enough. You struggle with judgmental self-talk. You often feel overwhelmed by the stressors of your life. Perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and anxiety seem to rule your world.

You want to get rid of this inner critic and feel whole. You want to feel peace and grounding in yourself. You need a supportive, non-judgmental space and therapist who values your lived experiences.

We will help you gain autonomy in your life, feel alignment with your values, and build satisfaction in your relationships. I strive to provide an affirming environment that uplifts your voice and centers your cultural values and beliefs. My personal and professional values of anti-racism, anti-ableism, and Health At Every Size inform my practice and approach in building safety. I utilize my lived experience as a transgender man to support you in navigating marginalization, varying degrees of trauma, and/or identities that impact your life.

My counseling style centers around active engagement, warmth, empathy, and genuineness. I use a trauma-informed, integrated approach of narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness and somatic based interventions. I am passionate about working with transgender and non-binary adults, teens, and kids. Some areas of experience include biracial/bicultural relationships, family conflict and growth, and military service and surviving families.

In my free time, I love to birdwatch, hike, and kayak. You can find me making vegan baked goods and tinkering with house projects!
