HI, I’M NICOLE.

I’m a therapist for perfectionists, people pleasers, and folks who feel like they have to do all-of-the-things all-of-the-time or everything will crumble to pieces. If you can’t rest because you’re thinking about all the things you have to do, or you haven’t been on a vacation or had a day to yourself in years – let’s talk.

Life is challenging, there is no doubt about it, but it doesn’t have to be one more thing to white knuckle through. Every day, new distractions pull us away from being fully present in our lives, grounded with the earth, and connected to ourselves and each other.

A therapy session with me differs for each person because your therapy sessions are about YOU. There isn’t anyone who knows more about you than you! Imagine therapy as going on a long walk through your life on a nature trail, and every rock and pebble on the path is one of your life experiences. Every once and a while, we’ll pick up a stone and take a moment to give it your full attention. Whether you keep it or throw it in the metaphoric lake is your choice.

I earned my master’s in social work from Fordham University in 2020. I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2020. I am a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher and a positive psychology practitioner. I am trained in ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) for OCD and often work with perfectionists, folks with OCD, trauma, and anxiety. I show folks that they CAN do the scary things in life while having fun.

When I am not working, I enjoy doing “hippie-dippy” things, as my friends and family say, such as making salt and sugar scrubs, painting, propagating one of my many plants, and becoming an accidental loofa farmer. My favorite pass time is sitting on my giant porch swing with my furry-children Franklin and Teddy.
