Jaxeli Martinez-Gonzalez

Jaxeli supports members of the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. They support adults with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma and identity-related difficulties. Jaxeli uses an eclectic approach to therapy pulling from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Karen Silinsky

Karen works with children, teens, adults, couples and families who are experiencing anxiety, depression, issues of identity, feelings of being overwhelmed, communication and the impact of trauma for those seeking more balance and peace. She utilizes EMDR, play therapy, art therapy, and mindfulness interventions. Karen enjoys working with the LGBTQIA+ community!

Madison Heath

Madison works with adults who feel stuck and are trying to keep it all together. Madison supports those with trauma, anxiety, executive dysfunction, and depression using a person-centered approach to therapy. Madison loves working with clients within the LGBTQIA+ community! Terrance Williams

Kelsey Someliana-Lauer

Kelsey works with adults 18+ managing chronic pain and chronic illnesses. Kelsey utilizes Partswork, self-compassion, mindfulness, and Brainspotting in her sessions.

Dr. Steph Cooke

Dr. Cooke works with individuals and couples who identify as LGBTQIA+ and/or people of color to address issues of interpersonal conflict, anxiety, depression, trauma, race, sexuality, and gender. Steph utilizes EMDR, CBT, Narrative, and systemic approaches.

Mariel Eaves

Mariel works with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, and/or Disabled teens and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma and OCD. Mariel utilizes DBT, ERP, and Somatic Experiencing in their work with clients.

Kari Cadmus

Kari supports adults experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain/illness, suicidal thoughts and folx who desire to decrease their substance use. Kari utilizes a strengths based approach, i-CBT and ERP for OCD along with EMDR. Many of Kari’s clients are first time therapy goers!

Leah works with high-stress career professionals within the LGBTQIA+ community and provides support and letters for trans folx pursuing affirming surgery.

We offer in-person and online counseling services for adults anywhere in the state of North Carolina.

Finding the right therapist or counselor for you is important. Connecting with someone that you vibe with, who really gets you can be transformative, and can create a space of trust and comfort. We strive to create this space for all of our clients. Counseling can be uncomfortable sometimes, and also very rewarding.  Finding peace of mind, direction, and clarity is invaluable in our high tech and high speed world. We offer counseling services through a secure online platform to anyone standing in North Carolina. We often utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Hypnosis, Mindfulness, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Experiencing, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in our work.
