Cameron supports folx aged 18+ experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and folks who desire to explore gender identity or sexuality utilizing ACT, ERP for OCD, and clinical hypnosis as appropriate. Many of Cameron’s clients are gender expansive, LGBTQIA+ and/or are a part of the neurodivergent community.

Kari supports adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic pain/illness, disordered eating, suicidal thoughts and folx who desire to decrease their substance use. Kari utilizes a strengths based approach, ERP for OCD and EMDR. Many of Kari’s clients are first time therapy goers!

Leah works with high-stress career professionals within the LGBTQIA+ community and provides support and letters for trans folx pursuing affirming surgery.

We offer in-person and online counseling services for adults anywhere in the state of North Carolina.

Finding the right therapist or counselor for you is important. Connecting with someone that you vibe with, who really gets you can be transformative, and can create a space of trust and comfort. We strive to create this space for all of our clients. Counseling can be uncomfortable sometimes, and also very rewarding.  Finding peace of mind, direction, and clarity is invaluable in our high tech and high speed world. We offer counseling services through a secure online platform to anyone standing in North Carolina. We often utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Hypnosis, Mindfulness, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Experiencing, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in our work.
