Madison supports those with trauma, anxiety, executive dysfunction, and depression using a person-centered approach to therapy. Madison loves working with clients within the LGBTQIA+ community! Madison utilizes CBT and EMDR in her sessions.

Terrance Williams

Terrance supports adults who worry, are anxious, depressed, or are feeling alone. Terrance works with his clients to find their own path and to find community. Terrance loves working with LGBTQIA+ folks and people of color! Terrance usilizes an eclectic approach to therapy, making sure each session is individualized to each unique client.

Karen works will children, teens, adults, couples, and families! Karen supports adults and children alike who want to want to heal from trauma, learn coping skills for modern society, and find peace in our hectic lives. She utilizes EMDR, play therapy, art therapy, and more.

Andrea supports BIPOC and 1st-gen folks 16+ who want to explore their identities, heal from past trauma, and find coping skills to manage everyday life. Andrea utilizes EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic techniques and offers services in Spanish.. -------

Kelsey Someliana-Lauer

Kelsey works with adults 18+ managing chronic pain and chronic illnesses. Kelsey utilizes Partswork, self-compassion, mindfulness, and Brainspotting in her sessions.

Dr. Steph Cooke

Dr. Cooke works with individuals and couples who identify as LGBTQIA+ and/or people of color to address issues of interpersonal conflict, anxiety, depression, trauma, race, sexuality, and gender. Steph utilizes EMDR, CBT, Narrative, and systemic approaches.

Mariel works with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, and/or Disabled teens and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma and OCD. Mariel utilizes DBT, ERP, and Somatic Experiencing in their work with clients.

Stephanie supports those with disordered eating habits, past trauma, and folx who are looking for insight into how to achieve overall wellness in all areas of their life. Stephanie utilizes EMDR, DBT, ERP, and IFS approaches.

Crissa uses approaches that help align thoughts, emotions, and the body’s responses (CBT, emotion focused therapy and mindfulness techniques).

Kari Cadmus

Kari supports adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic pain/illness, disordered eating, suicidal thoughts and folx who desire to decrease their substance use. Kari utilizes a strengths based approach, ERP for OCD and EMDR. Many of Kari’s clients are first time therapy goers!

Lacey Cottingham

Lacey works with complex and persistent traumas using IFS, Ego State, and Somatic therapies. Lacey’s clients are most often systems (individuals with DID), Autistics, and neurodivergent adults.

Maddox works with adults, couples, and teens on overcoming negative self talk, shame, trauma, and finding empowerment and purpose in life. Maddox loves working with trans, gender expansive folks and others in the LGBTQIA+ community.

Leah works with high-stress career professionals within the LGBTQIA+ community and provides support and letters for trans folx pursuing affirming surgery.

We offer in-person and online counseling services for adults anywhere in the state of North Carolina.

Finding the right therapist or counselor for you is important. Connecting with someone that you vibe with, who really gets you can be transformative, and can create a space of trust and comfort. We strive to create this space for all of our clients. Counseling can be uncomfortable sometimes, and also very rewarding.  Finding peace of mind, direction, and clarity is invaluable in our high tech and high speed world. We offer counseling services through a secure online platform to anyone standing in North Carolina. We often utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Hypnosis, Mindfulness, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Experiencing, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in our work.
