We offer in-person and online counseling services for adults anywhere in the state of North Carolina.

We strive to create this space for all of our clients. Counseling can be uncomfortable sometimes, and also very rewarding. Finding peace of mind, direction, and clarity is invaluable in our high tech and high speed world. We offer counseling services through a secure online platform to anyone standing in North Carolina. We often utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Hypnosis, Mindfulness, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Experiencing, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in our work.
