These Terms of Use govern your use of the Origins Counseling & Wellness website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This Site is not emergency or clinical care

If you are in crisis or may be in danger, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use this Site, email or a website form to seek emergency help. We may not see messages right away.

No therapist-client relationship

The content on the Site, including articles, therapist profiles and topic pages, is for general information only. It is not medical, mental health or legal advice, and it is not a diagnosis or treatment. Reading the Site, contacting us, or booking a free consultation does not by itself create a therapist-client relationship. A therapist-client relationship begins only when you and a clinician agree to work together and complete our intake and consent process.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the Site accurate, but information such as clinician availability, accepted insurance plans, locations, states where care is offered and fees can change. Please confirm details with us before relying on them. Nothing on the Site guarantees that a specific clinician, service or insurance plan is available to you.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, copy or scrape it in bulk, or use it to send unsolicited or harmful material.

Intellectual property

The Site’s text, design, logos and images are owned by Origins or used with permission and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce or republish content without our written permission.

Links to other websites

The Site links to third-party websites, including our scheduling and client portal, articles and resource organizations. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
