Cameron supports folx aged 11+ experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and folx who desire to explore gender identity or sexuality utilizing ACT, ERP for OCD, and clinical hypnosis as appropriate. Many of Cameron’s clients are gender expansive, LGBTQIA+ and/or are a part of the neurodivergent community.

Kari supports adults experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic pain/illness, disordered eating, suicidal thoughts and folx who desire to decrease their substance use. Kari utilizes a strengths based approach and EMDR. Many of Kari’s clients are first time therapy goers!

Lacey works with persistent and complex trauma in adults utilizing EMDR, parts work, and Somatic therapies. Her clients are most often immigrants or refugees in addition to the adult neurodivergent community.

We offer in-person and online counseling services for adults anywhere in the state of North Carolina.

We strive to create this space for all of our clients. Counseling can be uncomfortable sometimes, and also very rewarding.  Finding peace of mind, direction, and clarity is invaluable in our high tech and high speed world. We offer counseling services through a secure online platform to anyone standing in North Carolina. We often utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Hypnosis, Mindfulness, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Experiencing, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in our work.
