Depression can feel like heaviness, numbness, exhaustion or a voice that says nothing will change. It can make everyday tasks feel enormous, and it often leads people to blame themselves for something that is not a personal failing.

Our clinicians offer compassionate, evidence-based support for low mood, lost motivation and hopelessness, including depression that comes with trauma, grief or identity stress. We go at your pace and look at thoughts, habits, relationships and body together. If you are struggling with hopelessness right now, read our guide to living with constant hopelessness.
