Anxiety can look like constant worry, a racing mind, panic that arrives without warning, avoiding people or places, or a body that never quite relaxes. It can be exhausting, and it often gets worse when you are told to simply calm down.

Our clinicians work with generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, phobias and anxiety that grows out of trauma or perfectionism. Together you learn what keeps the cycle going, practice skills that calm your body and thoughts, and face what feels scary at a pace you control.

Common questions

What are the signs of an anxiety disorder?

Common signs include frequent worry that is hard to control, restlessness, trouble sleeping or concentrating, muscle tension, panic attacks, and avoiding situations that feel threatening. If anxiety is getting in the way of daily life, it is worth talking to someone.
